Graduation Applications (May 2019) due January 25, 2019

Your due date for submitting your Application for Graduation if planning to graduate in May 2019 is January 25 (Friday).  Please complete and sign the Application for Graduation form  and send it to your advisor.

Note that your advisor must submit form and verification to Dean’s office by January 30 (Wednesday). So don’t delay and give your advisor time to review.

You have the option to Apply to Graduate online through myEOL beginning Friday, January 11, 2019. If you apply for graduation online via Banner, you don’t have to submit the paper form.
