The School of Library and Information Sciences announces the resignation of Dr. Ismail Abdullahi as the Interim Associate Dean effective June 1, 2017.  We are grateful to Dr. Abdullahi for his assistance to develop with a team of faculty members three new joint programs that were approved earlier this month. The new programs include joint degrees in information science with the School of Law, School of Education’s Department of Educational Technology and Instructional Design and the Public Administration Department.  Dr. Abdullahi will return to his faculty position and focus on global LIS education.
