Deadline for Application for 2016 Graduation is September 16, 2016
The deadline for submitting the Application for Graduation to the School of Library and Information Sciences for the December 2016 Graduation is September 16, 2016.
Please submit your application to your advisor by fax (919-530-6402), via email or by U.S. mail. Do not send the application form to the Office of the Registrar. Make sure you sign the form and include your area of concentration and the name of your advisor. Students are not required to complete the Approval for Graduation Form.
