May 2017 Graduation Application Deadline – January 27, 2017

The deadline for submitting the Application for Graduation to the School of Library and Information Sciences for the May 2017 term is January 27, 2017.

If you are planning to graduate in May, please meet with your advisor to review your application for graduation for the May 2017 Commencement.  Please fill out the graduation application form with your advisor signature and any supporting documents for course substitutions.  You are required to complete the signed form and submit it to the SLIS Dean’s Office and Ms. Keondra Bailey by Friday January 27, 2017 at 5:00 pm.

        Do not send the application form to the Office of the Registrar. Make sure you sign the form and include your area of concentration and the name of your advisor.
