  • What is the URL for Banner?http://web.nccu.edu/eol/index.php.
  • My PIN isn’t working on Banner. I keep getting a message that says, “Authorization Failure – Invalid User ID or PIN.”Please note that you have two PINs for Banner. One is a login PIN that never changes. The other is an alternate or registration PIN that changes every semester. You should use the alternate PIN only when the system prompts you for it.
