Fall 2019 Graduation Applications

If you plan to graduate in December 2019, your due date for submitting your Application for Graduation is September 6, 2019 (Friday).  If you are a currently enrolled student, please apply to graduate online through myEOL using this link.  If you apply for graduation online via Banner, you don’t have to submit the paper form.

You have an option to complete and sign the Application for Graduation form  and send it to your advisor.

Note that your advisor must submit form and all other verifications to Dean’s office by September 13, 2019 (Friday). So don’t delay and give your advisor time to review.
