Applications for May 2018 Graduation are due January 24
The due date for submitting your Application for Graduation if you are planning to graduate in May 2018 is January 24 (Wednesday). Please complete and sign the Application for Graduation form below and send it to your advisor.
Note that your advisor must submit form and verification to Dean’s office by January 26 (Friday). So don’t delay and give your advisor time to review.
